EDC Tuesday - Lil' Oper8r
Today's EDC Tuesday is a lighty, but mighty tacticool setup for all you oper8rs out there. It's perfect for those that live in Europe, California or any other location that doesn't respect the second amendment of our nation's constitution, but still want to rock out with your Glock out.
First up is a set of military earplugs - perfect for blocking out the h8rs. These triple rippler earplugs really do the job. The nubs on the back allow for easy deployment. And, unlike foam earplugs, you don't have to wait ages for them to expand before you start blasting.
Next is the Fisher .375 Cartridge Pen - this thing is an awesome edc pen. When capped, it looks like your average boolit. But when you flip it around, pop the cap on the back, you've got yourself a perfectly weighted pen. This is one of Fisher's original pen designs. From way back before America conquered the moon. And it uses the classic Fisher PR-4 ink refill, so you know it will write in extreme conditions. Upside to the raw brass construction is that it'll develop a cool patina. Downside is the first few times you use it, it'll leave your hands smelling like you just got intimate with the Tinman's mom.
Third, is the bullet keychian - this simple keychain is made from a genuine, inert 5.56/223 round. All the fun of brass clanking around in your pocket, without the risk of shooting your pocket rocket off.
Finally, the gas station special, the Nebo Edge - now, this isn't your fancy, high-end flashlight. It doesn't have a special logo that will get you street cred. But it also won't empty your bank account. And, honestly, this thing works. The lightweight, aluminum construction and it's general reliability makes it one of my favorite edc flashlights. And the sharp, tactical edge provides a discrete self-defense application.
